We will teach you how to teach your dog by developing a good relationship 

based on play, trust and mutual respect. We will use your puppy's natural appetite too.

You will be provided with detailed oral instruction and a written lesson plan.

We can help you and your pup by teaching you how to develop and reward the good habits you want your puppy to carry on into adulthood.

Training can include but isn't limited to

  • Confidence building

  • Good house manners

  • Housetraining schedule

PUPPY SLEEP AWAY CAMP

10 days at my home
$1,200

This package is for young puppies up to 5 months.

​

Puppy Sleep Away Camp is designed to give your puppy a good start to set up a foundation for current and future learning.

While in training with us your puppy will socialize with our balanced, trained dogs.

We will teach your puppy using their natural appetite for food and learning!

After training, your puppy will recognize their commands. Your puppy will not have solid obedience after training. Puppies this age have maturity comparable to a young toddler. This means they are very capable of learning but lack the maturity to hold commands, such as a long down, like an adult dog can.

After training, you will receive a private lesson to couch you on your pup's new commands and behaviors. We will instruct you on how to build on them using your pup's daily meals.

Our goal is long term success for you and your dog.

When your pup is old enough, at about 6 months old, you will receive a 15% discount on adult training programs.

GROW AS YOU GO PUPPY LESSONS

8 private lessons

$1650

This is for the owner ready to put the hands-on work in at home.

There is a great deal involved in turning a rambunctious puppy into a well-mannered adult and we can help!

We will coach you on how to teach your dog by developing a good, working relationship based on mutual trust and respect. We will show you how to develop the good habits you want your puppy to carry on into adulthood.

We will use food, toys, praise, and play while setting a training foundation with your puppy.

We will work one-on-one to teach you the skills needed for calm behavior in the crate, leash pressure, spatial pressure, marker training, and as your puppy matures, basic obedience.

We will not be using the e collar until your puppy is 6 months or older. Puppies lack the maturity for e collar training until they are at least 6 months old.

Training collars will be added to training dependent upon your puppy's maturity and need for one. 

Your first lesson is 1 hour. 

Next 3 lessons are 30 minutes 

Last 4 lessons are one hour long.

The time between lessons will be adjusted as needed according to your puppy's age and maturity.

Lessons are held at our home and public locations.

Be prepared to spend 1-2 hours a day training at home with your dog. This will include walks, training commands, and relaxation exercises.

You are provided detailed oral and written instructions & an at-home lesson plan

to set you and your dog up for success.

 

Lessons will include but are not limited to

  • the six basic commands - Sit, Down, Come, Place, Heel, & No

  • learning to work together as a team that trusts each other!

  • recognize cues from your dog 

  • socialization & confidence building

  • a housebreaking schedule

  • how to use your dog's food as a reward for learning new behaviors

  • how to use your leash and body language as a clear tool for communication

  • how to encourage your dog to make more good choices 

  • how to reward your dog for wanted behaviors and good choices so you get more of them

  • when they are mature enough, how to correct your dog for unwanted behaviors or poor choices

  • teach your dog you will hold it accountable for its behaviors, good and bad 

  • e collar conditioning and training when your puppy is mature enough

We accept payment plans for lessons. We require a $500 deposit with the remainder paid out in 8 payments over the 8 lessons.

GROW AS YOU GO BLENDED PROGRAM

6 Lessons + Two Weeks of Sleep Away Camp

The Grow As You Go Blended Program is a combination of private lessons and sleep away camp.

Our blended programs are geared towards the owner ready to put in the work, benefit from professional guidance, and still have the amazing results to get your dog off leash. 

It is our favorite package as it involves the owner from day one!

There is a great deal involved in turning a rambunctious puppy into a well-mannered adult and we can help!

In 6, private, one on one lessons we will coach you on how to develop a good working relationship with your pup built on mutual trust and respect.

We will provide detailed instructions, both oral and written, and a lesson plan to set you

and your puppy up for long term success!

We will teach you how to develop the good habits you want your puppy to carry on into adulthood.

We will work with you one on one to teach you the necessary skills for calm behavior in the crate, teach you leash pressure, spatial pressure, marker training and basic obedience.

Training collars will be added to training dependent upon your puppy's maturity and need for one. 

When your pup is 6-8 months old, they will come stay with me for two weeks of Sleep Away Camp.

During the Sleep Away portion of training I will work on distraction proofing, e collar instruction, socialization, holding commands, and continuing to pattern good behaviors.  

Your first lesson is 1 hour. 

Next 2 lessons are 30 minutes 

Last 3 lessons are one hour long.

The time between lessons will be adjusted as needed according to your puppy's age and maturity.
